Appearance: Extremely fine perlage, with well-pronounced chains of pearls.

Color: Yellow, with abundant reflections of youth.

Nose: Broad, complex and inviting of sweet white-fleshed fruit, with just a hint of boiled chestnut and bay leaf, jam and candied citrus, elderflower and wildflower honey. Progressive verticality highlights its singularity of character.
