Appearance: Fine and persistent perlage

Nose: Rich and layered the array of aromas that envelop the nose, where yeast and pastry combine with hints of candied fruit, pink pepper and red currants.

Palate: The palate is beautifully structured, smooth and velvety, with a sip that outlines a precious mineral trace and announces itself as almost eternal thanks to its great persistence.

PAIRINGS: This is the ideal wine for opening at formal and important aperitifs. Try it with marinated raw langoustines accompanied by a pink grapefruit and avocado salad.
