A product made from our own yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in half, dried in the oven, flavored with a little salt, garlic and basil and preserved in sunflower seed oil. First described in the 16th century by the Camaldolese monks of Nola who grew it along with herbs, this variety of tomato has a high sugar content and its content in vitamins and aromatic components is 3 times higher than that of the common red tomato. At the gastronomic level, YELLOW TOMATO proves capable of enhancing the taste of many dishes and goes well with fish dishes, seafood. It is highly recommended for pizza topping....
