TASTING NOTES.
Color: Pale gold
Nose: at first delicate, then maritime scents, salt crystals, seaweed and fresh sea breeze are introduced. As the senses adjust a very faint smoke appears, along with perceptions of olive oil and citrus notes of lemon.
Palate: The texture is soft and creamy, while fruity notes from Amontillado barrels bring a sweetness reminiscent of plum and violet. I fruity hints are tempered by spicy aromas and savory flavors. The addition of water softens the taste, taming the spicy aromas without altering the balance between flavors.
