TASTING NOTES.
Color: Light gold
Nose: Early hints are of lemon zest and white berry grapes enhanced by exotic notes of pink grapefruit and ripe mango, slightly balsamic. A spicy hint then makes its way through. With the addition of water the previous aromas fade to give way to those of white pepper.
Palate: A creamy texture, the taste explodes with a fruity, malty sweetness along with hints of rum toffee and spiced pineapple, green banana, spice and wood. The addition of water creates a silkier texture with even more preponderant hints of peppery spices.
