TASTING NOTES.

Color: Light golden strawberry

Nose: The delicate olfactory sensation gives a small hint of the raging spirit that will soon emerge. Top notes are sweet and maritime, an initial hint of oatmeal porridge cereal that quickly gives way to more purifying and maritime aromas that suggest brackish seaweed

Palate: A soft, oily texture and big flavor gently take control; almost perfumed at first but salty and slightly sweet throughout, wonderfully peaty and smoky from specially selected casks, this fiery sea monster has a full peppery catch to savor later
