TASTING NOTES.
Color: Gold
Nose: Pleasantly floral and fruity, evolves with a delicate veil of vanilla that subsists throughout the tasting. Note of butter and cereals, very persuasive and delicate.
PALATE: Dry and dry on the palate, where the olfactory sensations return precisely; almost creamy but well balanced with a delicate sapid streak, it has long persistence on memories of crunchy almonds.
DESCRIPTION: A delicate yet complex character for this 12-year-old that is a clear expression of the special stills used by the distillery. Its classic flavor is formed first by the use of pure mineral water and then by maturation in American oak barrels that give the distillate smoothness and notes of vanilla. The perfect single malt to start savoring the spirit of Glenlivet, "The Spirit of the Glen."
