Vinification: Albarola grapes are harvested by hand, generally in the first half of September, and immediately cold macerated for half a day in order to gently extract and bring out the typical aromas of this variety. Fermentation and vinification take place in stainless steel tanks; this is followed by a brief aging in steel only, before bottling in March/April
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Bright straw yellow
Nose: We find intense aromas of citrus and white flowers, as well as marine and mineral scents
Taste: In the mouth, the entry is full and crisp, dominated by hints of fresh fruit, with a surprising finish that leaves the palate with a pleasant savory sensation
PAIRINGS: A sip that invites pairing with seafood recipes, typical of Ligurian cuisine. Fried fish, shellfish and crudités are ideal dishes to bring to the table along with this bottle
