Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: Wine with a very complex olfactory profile, with notes of ripe fruit, peach, pineapple, apricot and cedar
Taste: In the mouth it is balanced between soft and slightly acidic sensations. Good body and good persistence
PAIRINGS: Pair with some pasta dishes with carbohydrates and vegetables, appetizers and fish dishes
