TASTING NOTES.
Color: Mahogany to the eye, bright and intense
Nose: Ethereal on the nose, with olfactory hints reminiscent of milk chocolate, oak, vanilla, caramel and brown sugar
Palate: Firm mouthfeel, fresh, corresponding to the nose and pleasantly spicy. Good length and rich finish
DESCRIPTION: Everything in Dutch Single Rye Whisky "Millstone 100," from Zuidam Distillers, leads back to the number 100. Made with 100 percent rye malt, it matures for 100 months in new American oak barrels, and is bottled at 100 degrees proof English. Full and spicy in taste, it is also complex and engaging on the nose. Great for sipping during evening meditations.
