Vinification: Immediately after harvest, the yellow Muscat grapes are transported to the winery in 220 kg crates, where they are lightly crushed and cold macerated for several hours. Through subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 19°C, this wine takes on its unique taste and pronounced Muscat aroma.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Golden yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: Distinguished by its intense fruity notes of ripe fruits as well as typical muscat aromas.
Taste: Fresh on the palate with crisp acidity and a fresh, round and discreetly mineral aftertaste.
PAIRINGS: Yellow Muscat is particularly suitable as an aperitif wine.
