Vinification: Nosiola is the only native white grape variety of Trentino. Once particularly widespread, it has declined sharply to the point of becoming almost rare. It owes its name to its characteristic bitterish sensations and the hazelnut color of the shoots. Wine made from only Nosiola grapes from the vineyard adjacent to the winery located halfway between the municipalities of Arco and Nago-Torbole
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: The nose has delicate citrus notes of white flowers and hazelnut.
Taste: In the mouth it is fresh, savory with a light nutty finish.
