Vinification: "Clelia" is the name of a project strongly desired by the Romano family, owners of the Colli di Lapio winery. The will to combine all the different generations that have followed one another in the winery. This Fiano is obtained from a manual harvest, late with slight drying of grapes on the plant, the harvest period is the first ten days of November, following the first autumn frost, in fact in the family in the past the harvest took place when the grapes berries tended to take on an almost coppery color.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections
Nose: Distinguished on the nose by a sense of elegance and expressiveness and translated in the form of hints of yellow-fleshed fruit, then walnut husk and light peat, and then nuts such as hazelnut and almond.
Taste: A sip that fully sums up the representativeness of its land and fruit.
PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with appetizers and fish first courses, delicate cured meats, and medium-aged cheeses
