Nose: The nose is dominated by a clear hint of apple, alternating with slight floral nuances
Taste: Fresh on the palate, with a linear and balanced structure
PAIRINGS: Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout a meal, thanks to the simple structure that allows for very varied pairings. Perfect with fish dishes, it is at its best with a fillet of salmon trout and baked potatoes
