Vinification: Sauvignon grapes are harvested in 220 kg crates, transported immediately to the winery, lightly pressed and cold macerated for a few hours; fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature of 20°C, thanks to which the wine takes on its own unique flavor and accentuated, unmistakable aroma.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Light straw yellow
Nose: Distinct bouquet of elderberry and gooseberry with a base characterized by typical notes of nettle and tomato leaves.
Taste: Its savory aromas are released on the palate, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
PAIRINGS: It is suitable as an aperitif wine and accompanies asparagus, seafood and fish recipes as well as light white meat dishes.
