TASTING NOTES
Color: Bright garnet red
Nose: The nose recalls delicate scents ranging from spices to hints of violets and roses with hints of small red fruits
Taste: The palate is soft and savory, with refined, silky and sweet tannins. The finish is long and balanced, available right away but with great aging potential
PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it is exalted with roasts of all kinds, particularly pork. Excellent with medium-aged sheep's milk cheeses
FRUITY: Serve at 16°C
VINIFICATION: A red wine as dynamic as it is elegant, whose vinification takes place in steel and subsequent maturation in barriques for a total period of about 8 months. A further bottle aging of about 15 months leads to a wine of rare stuff, exquisite, undoubtedly among the best interpretations of the type outside France
