TASTING NOTES.
Color: Purpure of black cherry
Nose: With a bouquet reminiscent of rose petals, peonies, violets, but also red fruits with a hint of licorice
Taste: On the palate, the attack is intense and deep, with tannins present but discreet, giving it a soft body with good fine structure, for a pleasant aftertaste of aromas reminiscent of thick blueberry and a lingering finish
PAIRINGS: Pairs well with braised veal and beef dishes, lacquered poultry; excellent with homemade burgers and on cheese plates such as a brie de Meaux, pont-l'évêque, reblochon, or a blue de Bresse
