Vinification: Quintodecimo's Terra d'Eclano comes from grapes from five separate estate vineyards planted entirely to Aglianico grapes. A seductive and refined red, whose maturation takes place in half new barriques for about 12 months and which in the glass reveals the quintessence of this wine so distinctive thanks to beautiful fruity and slightly spicy notes. PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with rich stuffed pasta dishes, roasted and stewed meats, and medium-aged cheeses
