TASTING NOTES.
Color: Luminous strawberry
Nose: Opens on the nose with notes of exotic fruit, ginger and citrus, surrounded by delicate floral hints
Taste: Sumptuous fruit returns on the sip, in a complex interplay of balances between acidity, freshness and softness. Good aging potential. Excellent
PAIRINGS: Ideal with fish and shellfish dishes, it also pairs very well with vegetarian cuisine and fresh cheeses. Try it with a Pasta with mullet roe, cut strictly in thin slices (help yourself with a truffle cutter). A super "stylish" pairing
FRUITABILITY: Serve at 8/10°C
WINEMAKING: How can you not immediately love this Rheingau Rüdesheim am Rhein Riesling QbA "Terra Montosa" by Georg Breuer, for that territoriality and balance between freshness, acidity and smoothness, which make it seem like an acrobat on a unicycle, who not only stands, but does so on a rope stretched in the air. The nose aromas are seductive, full, powerful, all played on fruit, with some light mineral whiffs. A wine that comes from the parcels of vineyards classified Cru, located in the Rudesheim and Rauenthal on philite and clay soils. The Latin name "Montosa" alludes to the mountain on which vines are grown, marked by steep slopes, with low yields of 35 hl per hectare. A great heroic Riesling
