Appearance: With a fine and persistent perlage.
Color: Golden.
Nose: The nose is immediately harmonious with hints of white peach, apricot, pineapple, ginger and a closure on honeyed notes and lemon zest.
Taste: In the mouth it has a nice acidity and smoothness, balanced to the long finish.
PAIRINGS: Goes well with seafood appetizers as well as with land entrees. Also try it with white meats.
