Description: Linear, clean and crisp, Ayala's Champagne Brut Majeur Extra Age is distinguished by its mineral, chalky sip, typical of wines from the Montagne de Reims. In fact, it comes from a classic blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier grapes vinified in white using the bottle re-fermentation method. After aging on the lees for 4 years, this Champagne offers intense and refined aromas of great typicity and territorial adherence. Thanks to the low sugar dosage (7g/l), it also proves versatile and very enjoyable in a variety of food-wine combinations, from fish appetizers to white meats.
