Description: Gin Cilento Wild Coast is a gin from Campania distilled by hand in small batches using discontinuous copper stills. The botanicals used to make this extraordinary gin are all harvested by the San Fantino farm on its wild coast lands between sea and mountain positioned within the Cilento National Park
TASTING NOTES
Color: Transparent
Nose: The nose is fresh with hints of citrus, myrtle and spicy nuances of sea fennel and red juniper where the scents of the Mediterranean scrubland can be perceived
Palate: On the palate it is perfectly balanced, round, with hints of a slight savoriness with a warm finish where its soft and aromatic part is appreciated
Info: The main aromatic part is red juniper that gives a unique, delicate, intense and Mediterranean taste to Cilento Wild Coast. The other main ingredients are myrtle leaves, sea fennel that grows on the rocks washed by the waves and finally the zest of lemons from the orchards of Scario
