TASTING NOTES.
Color: Amber.
Nose: Aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, pepper, honey and ripe peaches are perfectly balanced by the citrus scent of orange and lemon peel and a light balsamic note at the end.
Palate: The sip is inevitably warm, savory and balsamic, with a relaxed, resinous finish complemented by floral notes.
Description: The production is characterized by the exclusive use of wild Italian juniper from Tuscany and Umbria, which is macerated along with various herbs, spices and citrus peels, as well as a secret ingredient. The Professor's Gin follows the Bathtub production method, Italian for "bathtub," which involves steeping the alcohol and various botanicals in a tub. In this way, the alcohol absorbs the different flavors and takes on their coloring. The juniper elixir is gently filtered after a long cold infusion so as not to lose its aromatic charge.
