Vinification: Bunches are harvested late and left to dry in the sun then subjected to crushing. Vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature with maturation for 8 months and final aging of 6 months in bottle.
Description: Malvasia Naturale is a sweet fortified dessert wine; it bears the name of the grape variety from which it is derived, Malvasia delle Lipari, and its exceptional nature is recognized through DOC status, with production allowed only in the Aeolian Islands archipelago.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Golden yellow with greenish highlights.
Nose: Broad and aromatic, with notes of apricot, fig, thyme, lavender and almond.
Taste: Enchants in the mouth with a sweet, savory and fresh taste, pleasantly warm and enveloping.
PAIRINGS: An excellent companion to spoon desserts, it goes well with blue and piquant cheeses.
FRUITY: Serve at 14°/16°.
