TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense gold with amber highlights
Nose: The aroma is ethereal, opening with hints of melon and accentuated notes of honey
Taste: The palate is sweet, very persistent, complex and fine, the finish is of cooked pear and apricot
PAIRINGS: Goes well with all aged cheeses and sharp cheeses
FRUITABILITY: To be served at 12/14°C
VINIFICATION: From grillo, catarratto and inzolia grapes located on the coastal strip of Marsala and Petrosino comes by Cantine Pellegrino 1880 Marsala Riserva Superiore Oro Dolce DOC "Bip Benjamin," a Marsala that is made by stopping fermentation with the addition of brandy aged at least 5 years in oak barrels. It is aged for more than 48 months in 80 and 50hl oak barrels, with at least 6 months in barriques. A wine of great complexity mellowed by a fine sweetness
