Taste: Well balanced on the palate, brings back warm fruit notes and a nice spirited finish.
PAIRINGS: Excellent on its own, it will enhance the taste of yellow summer melon.
FRUITY: Best served at 12/14°C
VINIFICATION : Their first classification is made according to the method of aging, which can take place either in steel or cement tanks or in wooden barrels. Niepoort's Tawny Port is aged for about 3 years in oak barrels, a method that gives it balance, freshness and great drinkability.
