Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand, in the early hours of the morning, at the lowest temperatures of the period and cooled on arrival in the cellar, thus avoiding principles of oxidative phenomena that can compromise the aromatic potential. Brief pellicular maceration necessary for the extraction of the color and aromas present in the skin; after which the grapes were softly pressed in an oxygen-free environment, so as to slow down the oxidasic activity of the enzymes as much as possible. Static settling for 24 hours to clean the must, inoculation of selected yeasts to trigger alcoholic fermentation occurred at low temperature for 12 days, in steel. Maturation of the wine by aging on the lees in steel for 5 months.

Taste: Fresh and savory in the mouth with an enveloping and elegant finish
