Description: This is the symbolic sparkling wine of the territory. Structured and savory, produced from Glera grapes grown on the Colli Asolani, where the mineral soils give the wines unique and unmistakable emotions. This Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin Prosecco is produced with the best Glera grapes from vineyards located in Veneto, in the hilly area of Montello and Colli Asolani, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia, specifically in the vineyards of the "Aria valentina", "Abbazia" and "Sienna" estates, located on the southern side of Montello.

TASTING NOTES.
Color: Bright straw yellow, with brilliant greenish reflections
Nose: Intense, fruity, with notes of unripe apple and lemon; the dominant floral note is that of flowering wisteria and acacia.
Taste: Presents a good acid note, with a fresh taste and good structure. It is pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
PAIRINGS: Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout a meal; always up to the most important occasions.
