TASTING NOTES.

Color: Bright straw yellow, with brilliant greenish reflections

Nose: At first a clear perception of golden apple flesh followed instantly by fresh notes of Abate pear and white-fleshed peach, spring flowers. This is followed by a pleasant perception of rocky minerality.

Taste: Crisp, savory and fresh mouthfeel on a base of white and yellow fruit where peach and pear not fully ripe emerge; peel and flesh of apple and pear

PAIRINGS: Excellent with crudité of shellfish, carpaccio of sea bass, risotto with squid and zucchini.
