TASTING NOTES.

Color: Bright straw yellow, with brilliant greenish reflections

Nose: At first a clear perception of golden apple flesh followed instantly by fresh notes of Abate pear and white-fleshed peach, spring flowers. This is followed by a pleasant perception of rocky minerality.

Taste: Attack in the mouth is decidedly fresh, crisp, savory and fruity; of frankness.

PAIRINGS: Excellent with crudité of shellfish, carpaccio of sea bass, risotto with squid and zucchini.

FRUITY: Serve at 6/8°C
