Description: Harvested by hand and late September. The grapes are selected and gently de-stemmed, whole berry is placed in steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation that lasts about 12 days. Afterwards the grapes go into the soft press and to aging in steel for about 6 months and then another 6 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red with slight garnet reflections
Nose: The nose has hints of fresh fruit and light notes of roasted coffee.
Palate: Balanced, fresh and mineral on the palate, with a lingering tannic texture.
PAIRINGS: A wine that expresses elegance and freshness that pairs well with all types of meat, fish soups and can also be served a few degrees cooler in warmer weather.
FRUITY: To be served at 18/20°C
