Color: Deep ruby red

Bouquet: The olfactory bouquet is deep and consistent, rich in dark berry fruits, such as currant, blackberry, blueberry, cherry and plum, to which are joined by spicy tones, vegetal hints and floral memories of rosehips and violets

Taste: The palate is velvety smooth, warm and silky in its tannic texture, with excellent structure and persistence

PAIRINGS: Best paired with meat-based second courses, it is perfect with roast leg of kid
