Vinification: Fruit of only Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected strictly by hand in October, involves spontaneous fermentation in steel, with maceration on the skins for 18 days. The wine ages in barrels for 17 months before being bottled.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: Exudes a fruity aroma of cherry, enriched by floral notes of violet and rose, with hints of balsamic and licorice scents
Taste: A ready-to-drink wine but with great elegance and structure. The finish is long and persistent, with great balance and smoothness
PAIRINGS: Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce, goes very well with red meats cooked on the grill and all traditional Tuscan cured meats
