Bouquet: An immediate and intense aroma of raspberry and blackberry arrives on the nose, with floral notes of violet, violet and iris
Taste: In the mouth it proves to be a wine with just the right tannicity, good body and a lingering finish in which sensations of berry jam and almond emerge
PAIRINGS: It is generally paired with meat sauce dishes, cured meats and poultry. Also excellent with cheeses such as grana and pecorino
