Nose: aromas of blueberry jam and blackcurrant, spicy notes of vanilla, licorice and toasted nuances are released on the nose.

VINIFICATION: Maceration at a controlled temperature at 24° - 28 ° C. after racking it is placed in French oak barriques where it ferments and ages for at least 18 months.
