TASTING NOTES.
Color: Lively ruby red with purple highlights
Nose: Its aromas are intense with notes of fresh red fruit reminiscent of cherry cerasa
Taste: Its complexity is highlighted by hints of spice typical of ginger and white pepper. The tannins are elegant and leave the mouth clean and in harmony.
PAIRINGS: "Borrigiano" is perfect for aperitifs served at a slightly cooler temperature, but it also offers itself to accompany the foods of poor Tuscan cuisine such as bread-based soups (ribollita, pappa al pomodoro). It can also be paired with fresh and slightly aged cheeses as well as with all meat dishes that are not too complex
FRUITABILITY: To be served at 16°C.
