Description and vinification: Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 20 degrees, after which the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for about 2 months until completely clear and stable. Maturation in tank on the fine lees. In bottle for 4 months.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Deep and intense red.
Nose: The nose is particularly aromatic, very intense with hints of red fruit and cocoa. With aging, hints of spices prevail.
Taste: Soft, full-bodied, with adequate freshness and strong aromatic persistence
PAIRINGS: Perfect with earthy appetizers, savory first courses, grilled meats and aged cheeses
