TASTING NOTES.
Color: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections that tend to become more pronounced with aging
Nose: On the nose, the wine unfolds an intensely fruity aromatic bouquet, with dominant notes of cherries and berries, enriched by nuances of spices, leather and a light touch of tobacco, evidence of aging in oak barrels that adds complexity without overpowering the original freshness of the fruit.
Taste: On the palate, Melini's Chianti Classico "Granaio" is balanced and structured, with soft, well-integrated tannins that give the wine a pleasant drinkability. The acidity is well balanced, supporting a medium body and a rich range of flavors that mirror the olfactory bouquet, leading to a long and persistent finish, with a slight balsamic note
