Vinification: Derived from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes, harvested separately and slowly, variety by variety, bunch by bunch, between late August and the first half of October. Vinification takes place separately for the different grape varieties inside small steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows, again in steel, and aging for 10 months in barriques that had previously been used for Ornellaia

Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: Fresh, crisp notes of black cherry, blackberry and red-fleshed fruit stand out on the nose
Taste: This is a succulent and powerful wine, complex and structured, with a tannic texture and a total absence of edge or harshness
PAIRINGS: Extraordinary in the company of braised meats and game, it can be paired with red meats and aged cheeses
