Color: Intense ruby red

Nose: The nose lets you perceive a complex and deep olfactory bouquet, where hints of ripe dark fruit, such as raspberry, morello cherry, plum and blackberry, are enriched by the tertiary scents of vanilla, cocoa and coffee

Taste: The palate is soft and full-bodied, warm and enveloping, fine and elegant in its tannic texture, balanced and long lasting

PAIRINGS: Ideal with game, it is excellent with jugged wild boar

FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C
