Vinification: The exposure of the soils is west and southwest. Fermentation takes place in steel, at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. Aging of Tenuta San Guido's Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC 2015 takes place in French oak barrels, for 24 months, with subsequent aging in bottle

Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose is expressed on hints of ripe red fruits, berries and cola, herbs and roasted almonds
Taste: On the palate, the sip is austere, rich and compact. It shows a sustained body and good acid component. It progresses on notes of dried fruit, with a deep, lingering finish
PAIRINGS: Sassicaia pairs deliciously with refined main courses of red meats or game. Excellent with grilled meats, roasts and beef tenderloins or with traditional Tuscan wild boar dishes
