TASTING NOTES.

Color: Purplish

Nose: The nose is expressed with hints of violets and rosehips, notes of black pepper and nutmeg and hints of underbrush and humus

Taste: Rich and complex on the palate; the tannic texture is dense and the finish is long and harmonious

PAIRINGS: Excellent with Fiorentina steak, it is also ideal with game and aged cheeses.

FRUITABILITY: Best served at 16/18°C.
