A seductive and refined red, whose maturation takes place in half new barriques for about 12 months and which in the glass reveals the quintessence of this wine so distinctive thanks to beautiful fruity and slightly spicy notes. Bouquet: The nose expresses beautiful aromas of berries, plums, licorice, coffee

Taste: The palate has an enveloping structure with soft, silky tannins and a very long finish in which an elegant mineral freshness prevails over balsamic and spicy notes

PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with rich stuffed pasta dishes, roasted and stewed meats, and medium-aged cheeses

FRUITY: Serve at 16°C
