Description: Paestum Rosso IGP "Pino di Stio" from the 1988 San Salvatore winery comes from vineyards grown, organically, in the province of Salerno. The name is that of the homonymous locality where the winery's fiano vines also grow; it is an area located 550 meters above sea level, facing southwest, with an interesting temperature range.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: The nose is expressed with clear finesse; hints of cherry, raspberry, blueberry and plum dominate, followed by notes of violet, hints of mint and tomato leaf and tones of spice and leather
Taste: The palate reveals itself as elegant, soft, round, caressing and long lingering
PAIRINGS: Excellent with earthy preparations, goes well with both first and second courses
