Nose: The nose carries a very intense and persistent scent, with memories of cherry and plum, enriched by very bewitching sensations of cocoa and vanilla
Taste: In the mouth it demonstrates considerable structure and excellent warmth, typical of the grape variety, with a sweet and persistent finish
PAIRINGS: This wine keeps its organoleptic potential intact for at least 5 years. It pairs divinely with very elaborate first courses, lamb. game with elaborate sauces and aged cheeses
