Vinification: Made mainly from Corvina Veronese grapes, with additions of Rondinella and Oseleta grapes, harvested by hand in the second week of September and left to dry in a special drying loft until December. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-22°C for 25 days. The wine matures in new barriques for 18 months and for an additional 14 months in the bottle before being released on the market

Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose expresses notes of dried flowers and jammy red fruit. Traces of cinchona, vanilla, black pepper and cocoa
Taste: Taste structured, vigorous, soft and velvety. Closes on balsamic notes of great charm and persistence
PAIRINGS: Ideal with game, barbecued meats, braised meats and long aged cheeses. Thanks to the persistent hints of withering, it can also be offered with the fascinating creations of Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines with their unmistakable spicy and sweet-and-sour flavors.
