TASTING NOTES.
Color: Dark ruby red
Nose: Spreads aromas of blackberries, blueberries, sour cherries, wilted violets with clear hints of licorice and cumin accompanied by hints of Mediterranean scrub and a minerality of volcanic nature, with delicate balsamic effluvia.
Taste: Warm and full-bodied, it is intense and enveloping in the mouth, fresh and with a long savory trail. Tannins well absorbed. Of great curiosity and remarkable capacity for aging.
PAIRINGS: Sit goes well with meats, even aged cheeses and cured meats.
