TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red.
Nose: Fine nuances of blueberry, blackberry and pepper with spicy hints of pepper and licorice
Taste: Warm, enveloping, silky and persistent
PAIRINGS: Perfect to drink with pasta with sauce, risotto, game, grilled meats and stews.
FRUITY: Best served at 18/20°C
VINIFICATION: Vinification in contact with the skins for 20 days, with sinking of the cap several times a day. Malo-lactic fermentation totally carried out in steel containers. Aging 12 months in new Allier and Never barrels.
