Description and vinification: A modern, but not modernist, Aglianico del Vulture, providing greater drinkability to one of Italy's greatest grape varieties, without distorting its characteristics and maintaining what it is: distinct acidity, minerality from volcanic soil and the tannin. Aged for 12 months in barriques and 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose has a delicate currant scent, moderately spicy.
Taste: Dry in flavor, savory and persistent, very pleasant in its harmony.
PAIRINGS: A wine that goes well with all types of meat, fish soups and can also be served a few degrees cooler in warmer weather.
