Description: The fruit of a great vintage, this Italian-style Bordeaux blend represents another great red wine from Cantine di Venosa. Made from Merlot and Aglianico grapes, it is aged in French barriques for about six months. In the glass we find a superb wine of the highest quality, generous, welcoming us into its vast aromas.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose lets you perceive a complex and deep olfactory bouquet, where hints of ripe dark fruit, such as raspberry, morello cherry, prune and cherry, are enriched by the tertiary notes of vanilla, white pepper and tobacco
Taste: The palate is in the tannic texture, balanced and long lasting.
PAIRINGS: Classic wine for roasts, typical first courses of Mediterranean cuisine, game and aged cheeses.
